Gameplay

As an Alpine Trainer, you are an adventurer on a quest. Legend has it that on its icy summit sits an intimidating and unique legendary Pokémon called Freezai that awaits discovery by those with skill and determination. Your goal is to start at the bottom of Mt Freezai by collecting as many Pokémon as possible before becoming the one who tests its legend and becomes its master trainer! As this game is a "roguelike", every climb is its own self-contained experience, starting with one Pokémon to battle and capture, along with discovering important items/TMs/trainer battles, trying to reach the summit of this mountain dungeon! When all your Pokémon become weak, you must restart from scratch, but don't fret; your next adventure awaits in a stronger form than before! It takes you from grassy Foothills through Icy Caverns/Windswept Cliffs/Frozen Summit!

How to Play

To overcome this obstacle, adaptability should be your top priority. As it cannot be planned ahead of time, your best strategy for each run lies within being flexible in using Pokémon and items available at each tier - like creating teams made of Fire-type Pokémon for one run while switching to poison-type strategies on another tier.
