Gameplay

Pokémon X and Y, you are an aspiring trainer looking to be the best. Your primary objective in each of the two titles is catching, training, fighting, and competing alongside Pokémon to take down trainers and gym leaders in battles that earn badges; winning these battles allows you to compete against others in the Pokémon League—an online battle arena divided into towns & routes filled with many Pokémon to discover, capture, or learn! As time progresses, you will encounter more challenging opponents while facing more intense battles!
How to Play

Pokémon X and Y, planning and team development are key to your success. Starting levels should provide ample practice of fighting mechanics and ways to train Pokémon effectively.
Here is a quick guide to get you off on a firm footing:
- Use WASD/Arrow Keys to move characters.
- Click or tap to engage the wild Pokémon in battle!
- Hit/click various actions and items you can use during combat to create effective solutions.
- To achieve maximum scoring, players must collect multiple Pokémon from various gym bosses while building and catching an array of them. For a higher score, success requires building and capturing an army from all Pokémon species and defeating all Gym Bosses in this absorbing RPG!
